The third Cirko festival begins with the festival´s outdoor opening party. Trampoline artist, acrobatic performances, live music, outdoor film screening, suprises and free popcorns at the Lasipalatsi square. The terraces of Lasipalatsi square are open until late-night. The official festival club of Cirko´s opening party is mbar.
